Problems & Challenges
1. More than 15 combined products, each with different quantities, specifications and requirements, plus distinctions in color, size and material.
2. Extremely tight delivery time: only 30 days from negotiation to delivery, not 30 days of pure production time.
3. The client needed real-time production progress to adjust transportation strategies. Different shipping methods would be used for batch delivery, requiring our professional advice and coordination.
Solutions
When the client approached us, the timeline was already extremely urgent with only one month left. They had consulted many factories in China, but none could complete the entire project within the remaining time. Splitting the order would lead to inconsistent quality and require more time and effort for coordination - and election products become useless if delayed.
As soon as the client learned we could deliver all goods on time, we reached an agreement and finalized the contract on the same day.
We immediately put 12 semi-automatic production lines, 6 fully automatic production lines and 8 workshops of over 1200㎡ into full production simultaneously to save time for the client.
Normally, with multiple products of different specifications, quantities and production processes, clients have to communicate with multiple contacts separately, which complicates progress and causes confusion.
Our solution: the client only needs one contact person for full progress updates.
Behind the scenes, over 10 staff were assigned to track each product in real time - each responsible for 1 - 2 items, communicating closely with workshops and production lines, collecting updates instantly and reporting to the dedicated client liaison. The liaison then consolidated and shared full real - time updates with the client.
This is a proven, complete and specialized system that few other factories offer: we have dedicated roles purely for production progress tracking. Our client liaisons are rigorously trained, with extensive experience, strong memory and careful logical thinking.
After the order, the client praised the experience as excellent - they had never enjoyed such a hassle - free process, with zero confusion throughout production.
For large‑scale orders, batch delivery is standard. The client provided clear timeframes for sea and air freight. We optimized the production sequence accordingly:
- Large and heavy products produced early for sea freight
- Light and small products produced later for air freight
This arrangement helped the client save significantly on logistics costs.
Outcome
With stable product quality and highly efficient delivery capacity, we gained full recognition from the client.
Every batch was personally inspected by the client and passed with zero issues: accurate quantities and reliable quality.
The cooperation goal was successfully achieved, creating a win-win result for both parties.
